Professional Growth Plan (PGP)

Learning and education do not have an age limit or expiration date.  As humans, we learn in formal and informal settings on a daily basis.  Our life experiences impact our personal, professional, and even physical growth.  It is with high hopes and great ambition that I intend to complete every item on my PGP list.  Due to the reality of life, I divided my plan into two differnt lists: one that is chronological and dependent on my academic journey at NJCU and one that is dependent on my outreach, time management, and determination.  By sharing both of these lists, I am holding myself accountable and implementing my prerequisite skill of believing in myself!
